What you ordered is not what shows up at your door.

Anyone who has shopped with Litfad knows that their products are of the lowest possible quality. If they are delivered at all, they show up in very questionable packaging. The contents within are damaged, missing pieces, and do not resemble the images of the products you think you are purchasing.

Theft is Litfad’s customer service policy.

Once an order is placed with Litfad, there is no guarantee the item will actually be sent. The items that are sent come with more than significant damage. Any attempt to have your money refunded for damaged or completely missing items is futile. The “customer service” team (quite possibly an AI bot) never agrees to your refund request. EVERY RESPONSE sent to Litfad is met with one or more of the following: 1) offer for an alternate product you do not want at a discounted price, 2) offer to send you replacement PARTS to replace the broken pieces you were delivered, 3) a series of arbitrary percentages of the total refund - with each response you send they send a new percentage (“Will you accept 15%…20%…25%…”). Litfad’s company policy is to hold your money ransom until you finally give in and disappear.
